The location is convenient for us and the price is reasonable. Was not initially told there was a $15 per month insurance fee, but the requirement is not unreasonable. When renting it was told a lock would be provided inside the unit. When I attempted to "move in" and found no lock I called Customer Service who stated there should be one there. It was the weekend, so perhaps that was the issue. Hopefully we can work out something in the future. After returning with my own lock, a 2ft square stain of an oily substance was found in the corner. I scraped up what I could, but will need to put some sand or something on it to dry it up before placing anything in that area.

Went to place for first visit. Was on motorcycle as just putting lock on door. Couldn't get out. Pulled up to gate numerous times but it wouldn't open and no other entrance/exit. Finally while on phone with cust svc a truck pulled up outside & when they opened gate to get in, I got out. Not too happy about that.
